Carnations And Roses

Purple carnations and champagne roses on gold and silver left me speechless. Bo and Nikki’s posh wedding proves to us that even the simple things, when put together, can be a masterpiece. From the table arrangements, up-lighting set-up, to the delicate wardrobe of the whole entourage, everything was well-thought of.

After Christmas Magic

Andrew and Alexis’ wedding is sure making me super giddy and excited for Christmas. Their wedding occurred right after Christmas, hence the decors, and decided just to go with it. I say it was beautiful because everything worked to their advantage — the decorations gave a warmth feeling that the season brings to people.

Laces and Stallions

The countryside feels of the Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard was madly felt in this Vogue trash-the-dress session. Shannon in her stylized wedding dress and long lace veil was very mysterious. I am a huge fan of the drama that this shoot has and with the right elements, you can be as unique and creative with your trash-the-dress too.

A Woman, A Bride

To all brides, if you can then have a bridal portrait. I think it will be a beautifully preserved memory of you wearing your wedding dress. It’s to celebrate you as a woman, a moment before being a wife, a confidant, and a partner. You can opt not to do it also if it is not your cup of tea, but here’re Kathleen’s Bridal portraits for us to see.

Love Stands Out

One sunny October day, Street and Julie got married in a classic style with a bit of a southern touch. And when talking about Southern, expect that there will be lots of DIY around! The framed love quotations, cards vintage suitcase, and the tiny L-O-V-E letter standee are just a few of those. But, my favorite of all their DIY’s is the Here Comes the Bride sign carried by the two little boys! It’s like telling everyone to keep an eye on the main woman of the day! Also, it is just so prudent that the bridesmaids wore maroon gowns – a perfect match for Street’s Marine uniform. And the highlight of all these colors is Julie’s intricately beaded white wedding gown. This is definitely one classy day. Hats off to Officer Street Johnson and the new Mrs. Johnson! Yipee!

Blue Doors And Victorian Walls

The bride is most beautiful on her wedding day, true in Kate’s case. And the husband, Julian must have been awestruck with her entire look. Kate wanted a wedding dress that would stay timeless after all the years that will pass by. And yes, she got that one thing. She even had a fun time posing in the meadow, near the lake, and behind blue doors and victorian walls! Check out the photos and take a glimpse of how gawker her choice is! Stay classy, stay in love. To more and more years, Kate and Julian!

Soft And Airy

The innocence of mint and the royalty of gold are the perfect color combination choice of Kara and Nick. The best thing about their wedding is that their friends helped them put up some of the DIY decorations that achieved the lofty and tranquil feel the couple wanted — perfect for a more personal and whimsical touch. Almost every decoration are all custom made only for K and N’s union. We are all happy both of you are each other’s best fish in the sea! Have a happy married life, you two!

Waltzing The Venetian Abode

Down the beautiful New Jersey is where Nancy and Andy marked the start of their life together. They celebrated their wedding in a Venetian ballroom where everything seemed classic brought by the yellow lights of the chandeliers and the stylish ceiling. Matching all these elegance are the neutral colors of black and white, from the bridesmaid’s fluffy dresses to the groomsmen’s boutonnieres. What I liked best is how fun and spirited everyone were which made their whole enchilada so memorable. Their names even rhyme, so this must be destiny! Congratulations, Nancy and Andy!
