I simply adore how this whole event made use of neutral, subtle colors, but still looked absolutely amazing. It was a good idea that they chose venues for both parts that were breathtaking on their own so they didn’t have to add much in terms of design. (You also won’t have to spend much on decor!)
Cowboy boots at an elegant wedding? YES PLEASE! Kara, the bride, found the perfect pair that screamed elegance for her Rustic Elegance wedding. She also had the same matching boots with her bridesmaids. And they were a perfect match with the red dresses. Who would’ve ever thought cowboy boots can be this sophisticated?
It was an elegant and romantic wedding for Yoni and Shira. The couple got married in Florida not only because of the weather but also it’s where the bride, Shira, grew up. I like how they stayed within romantic earthy colors. Shira was so sweet to give her bridesmaids the freedom to pick their dresses as long as they stay true to the champagne color scheme. I love the idea of giving your entourage the chance to chose a dress that would be comfortable for them to wear. And it being mismatched gave it a more unique and classy look. The day was indeed classy and romantic. Congratulations!
When we think of elegant weddings, our minds instantly picture a glamorous and luxurious event. But, in this case, elegance is tied together with warm and comfort. Addison wore a custom made wedding dress but with sentimental touches; the bodice was made from her grandmother’s dress. And her bouquet, a mix of warm tones, matched Steve’s accessories. I also want to praise Addison on being hands-on at her wedding that she handmade almost all of the decors (read on to know more about details). The couple was very happy with the outcome of their efforts and for that, congratulations!
When you look at this photo of the bride with her bridesmaids and see the lilac gowns, and pretty pastel flowers – you immediately think of spring! If you look through their wedding gallery, you would see that they also incorporated the same colors at the reception. I love how everything was feminine, subtle, and elegant. And here’s an idea for your wedding: after the ceremony, the guests were given pale pink rose petals in a cone and bubbles to ‘shower’ the couple. It was a beautiful day. Lane and Eric may not have had their wedding at the beach, but they did have a beach-themed wedding. Their reception is something you’d think how fairytale mermaid princesses do their parties under the sea. Scarlet corals and starfish were the centers of each table, and balloon fishes hovering the place (clever and unique!). Fairytale – a word that comes to mind looking at Ann & Chris’ wedding. A match of magenta and white of the bridal entourage couldn’t be more lovely and soft. The bridal ball gown that Ann wore was so beautiful it fit for a Princess. Ann is so sweet she gifted her bridesmaids pretty matching bracelet that matched their glittery shoes. Everything at their wedding was so dreamy, the beautifully decorated ballroom accented with pink’s and white’s glowed as the couple had their first dance. Let’s swoon over this lovely gallery.
Long distance relationships (LDR) happen to a lot of people. Some relationships may fail and there are others that prevail. I strongly believe that LDR’s are just trials that some couples go through. It helps the relationship grow, builds trust, and shows respect. Besides that will also test how strong you are as a couple and you know what they say, absence make the heart grow fonder. Yes, it’s not easy that’s why I commend and salute those couples who stay faithful in times like that. Our featured couple, Mike and Ellen, got through their four-year trial (I KNOW!), now they are married.
