New Britain Museum of American Art Wedding

Tastefully artistic – that’s what I can say about this unique and beautiful wedding. Every details, from the venue choice, outfits, cakes, and decors were really something else (I meant that in the best way possible). To have you wedding in a museum that houses renowned works of art is already splendid on its own. But our couple knew how to stretch this amazing opportunity and they made sure that every thing in their special day as noteworthy as their venue. Our bride and groom wore ensembles that were not traditional in a sense but are still elegant. Their placecard holders were cute succulents (I totally want one). Just check out their album ladies and be as impressed as I am. Congratulations on a beautiful wedding day, Kelly & Thomas!

The Purple Event

Purple was the color for the day for this beautiful wedding. It complemented the elegant vibe the couple was aiming to achieve. The day started off with an outdoor ceremony by the water which preceded a shoot for the bride and groom and their entourage. Our bride looked so ethereal in her gown and her veil, which was flowing with the wind, made the shots look so vibrant. The reception was held indoors and it was filled with purple details and accents. Congratulations on such a regal looking wedding, Nicole & Tom!

Colorful Tradition – An Indian Wedding Styled Shoot

The Indian culture is pretty much one of the most rich, interesting, and colorful culture there is. I really admire them for their ability to sustain and preserve their culture’s amazing traditions despite the ever changing times. One of the most famous rituals they have is that for weddings. From what I’ve skimmed through an article, I am a fan of the symbolism of all the process the bride and groom has to go through. Aside from this, it truly is the most colorful kind of wedding and this feature is proof. And no matter what your religion or race is, we’re sure you’ll enjoy the pictures and get an idea or two. The purple, red, and gold really looked elegant when it was translated to table pieces, cakes, and stages. So what are you waiting for, browse through the albums and enjoy what this culture and styled shoot has to offer.

White and Purple for a Rustic Wedding

Sporadic rain showers can be a bride’s worst nightmare or if she’s equipped with the right mindset and awesome people who knows their way around an unpredictable occurrence, rain can become an asset for unique and amazing wedding photos. But even without the rain, Mallory & Brent’s wedding was already awesome on it’s own. With deep purple, grey, and white accents, it looked elegant and chic. Our bride wanted her wedding to stand out and it did so in the best ways. Then you add in the rain effect in the equation and we have quite an outstanding event. Congratulations Mallory & Brent!

Vibrant Lights and Timeless Pieces

It was a fine, bright, and beautiful day when our couple, Traci and Grey, got married. I love how everything was illuminated by natural sunlight that it felt like such a lighthearted and joyful wedding. And this vibe and setting matched with the timeless and classic details created such elegance despite the simplicity. One good illustration of this description is the ceremony venue – with it’s great and beautiful layout and the big windows that allowed entry of sunshine – it was definitely a perfect start for the rest of the day. Congratulations Traci and Grey!

A Timeless Wedding

I totally love this picture (above) of our couple because it looks so editorial and chic. But anyway, this wedding is just timeless and classic – the details, the outfits and the pictures say so themselves. Our bride wore a lovely mermaid wedding dress with her hair up in a chignon to showcase her beautiful pearl necklace. If that doesn’t read timeless to you then I don’t know what will. Congratulations Rachel & Michael!

Outdoor Wedding with Red + Purple Accents

Our bride and groom’s wedding color accents, red and purple, are actually their favorite colors. See, not only do they match as a couple (read: their love story) but their preferred colors match tastefully as well. Also, their compromise on this difference was done well – only the bride and groom were adorned with red accents but the rest of the event had purple ones. This is truly a lovely wedding.

Blake & Daniel – Treasured Traditions

The wedding dress worn by the bride was passed down from four generations. The lace used on this dress was actually Blake’s grandmother’s veil. What an elegant way to pass down traditions, right? This Jewish affair was beautifully captured by Ross Goodman Photography.
