A Dreamy & Sweet Wedding

… those are two words that would perfectly describe this wedding. Our bride wanted a dreamy and ethereal wedding. And with all the white, gold and pink highlights, that vision was a breeze. For us, on the other hand, this wedding was filled to the brim with sweetness and we meant that figuratively and literally. Our couple, Ian & Erin, showed us through their wedding pictures together what love is. Their love story is an epitome of the saying “If it’s meant to be, it will be” so it’s not surprising that these two people are clearly perfect for each other. Now for the “literally” sweet part. There is an abundance of sweet treats in this wedding – macarons, the cake, etc. Not only do they all looked delectable, they even looked like works of art. Truly dreamy and sweet. Congratulations Ian & Erin!

Historic Oak Hill Wedding

Such a beautiful location for a perfect day. The garden was already lovely enough that it didn’t need further decorations for the ceremony. We were told that this venue was used for “Sweet Home Alabama” – a romantic movie – and I saw the said scene where they had the Oak Hill setting and it’s a shame that they [movie] didn’t utilize this lovely garden as well as our featured couple did. But aside from that, the reception details are noteworthy. S’mores for everyone and nature-y wedding cakes, they really embraced the beauty of the outdoors in this event. Perfecting DIY and Elegance

Being artsy and crafty on your wedding details is one of the growing trends for decorating your special day. Not only is it fun to do with your friends and family, but there’s this certain kind of pleasure you can get upon seeing your guests enjoy and coo over your creations. However, DIY decors usually give out some sort of casual vibe so it’s a bit tricky to maintain elegance with this vision in mind. But fret not our dear readers! For our feature today is about a wedding that has perfected DIY and elegance (add some ‘vintage’ too for a little bit of oomph). We’ll let the pictures do all the talking – for now. A Luxurious Spring Wedding

I know the weather is getting quite chilly so our feature today can serve as a nice reminder of one thing to look forward to in the upcoming months – spring! This elegant wedding was adorned with what makes that certain season beautiful, flowers. Lots of flowers. The cake was subtly designed with embossed floral details. The reception tables were adorned with it as well. And lastly, the portraits were taken in a lovely garden that had blossoms in purple, orange, and white. Ah, this just makes you long for the return of spring. Anyway, congratulations Jessica & Kristopher!

A Timeless Wedding

I totally love this picture (above) of our couple because it looks so editorial and chic. But anyway, this wedding is just timeless and classic – the details, the outfits and the pictures say so themselves. Our bride wore a lovely mermaid wedding dress with her hair up in a chignon to showcase her beautiful pearl necklace. If that doesn’t read timeless to you then I don’t know what will. Fairytale Castle Wedding

Not every bride and groom can say that they got married in castle like a fairy tale prince and princess so when a couple decides to do just that, we’re all eyes and ears as to how they delivered this amazing moment. And lucky for us, our feature today was set in a venue that will make us say “And they lived happily ever after” for it was held in a castle that is just majestic in all it’s glory.The ceremony and the reception was held inside in a conservatory room that was formal and welcoming in the day and was then transformed to be fun and elegant as the day progressed. Truly a wonderful day for our couple. Congratulations Alana & Fraser!

Comfort in Elegance

Our bride and groom wanted an effortless wedding day and they achieved that while maintaining the elegance of the event. It felt as if everything was prepared and executed comfortably and smoothly and because of that, the focus was all on our couple who just wanted to finally be wedded together in front of the most important people in their lives. Their photographer even shared that our bride didn’t want to go through all the trouble of preparing but can we all just agree that she just looked so stunning in simplicity! Outdoor Wedding with Red + Purple Accents

Our bride and groom’s wedding color accents, red and purple, are actually their favorite colors. See, not only do they match as a couple (read: their love story) but their preferred colors match tastefully as well. Also, their compromise on this difference was done well – only the bride and groom were adorned with red accents but the rest of the event had purple ones. This is truly a lovely wedding.
