Small and intimate weddings are now becoming a trend. It may not be for everyone but some couple would really like their wedding to be a family affair. Taking a stand on what their dream wedding was, Amy and Stephen opted to be with closest family and friends. The entire event was as calm and joyous as the couple desired. I like the idea of dressing the flower girls white to showcase purity and youth. The mini pumpkins that were arranged along the ceremony aisle gave a subtle fall hint, aside from the flower choices of course. Kelsey looked gorgeous in her immaculate white wedding dress. I noticed only a few brides can pull off a white wedding dress. Congratulations, Brennen and Kelsey, on your fall wedding!
Long distance relationships (LDR) happen to a lot of people. Some relationships may fail and there are others that prevail. I strongly believe that LDR’s are just trials that some couples go through. It helps the relationship grow, builds trust, and shows respect. Besides that will also test how strong you are as a couple and you know what they say, absence make the heart grow fonder. Yes, it’s not easy that’s why I commend and salute those couples who stay faithful in times like that. Our featured couple, Mike and Ellen, got through their four-year trial (I KNOW!), now they are married.
Aside from the couple, other beautiful things that we notice in weddings are food, music and decors. These things have the power to revive the whole ambiance of any event. At Sarah and Kevin’s wedding, mini pumpkins had a unique appearance.
We’re so used to “trash the dress” features done by bodies of water that having a different variety like this is a nice change. Looking at this album made me think of the word “ethereal”. Maybe it’s the orange and yellow of the leaves, the bride’s outfit matched by the pretty headpiece, or maybe it’s just the way this couple lovingly looks at each other. Whatever the reason is, it made the photos look more alive and (as I’ve said earlier) ethereal. Such a beautiful couple. Late congratulations Kaitlyn and Justin!
Danielle & Daniel’s story is picture perfect! They were married at a church with the reception at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC. There were a few surprises to include a coordinated dance with the groom, bridal party, and some family. A beautiful wedding full of lovely details.
