I’ve seen many first look photos, all of which emits an amazing reaction from both parties. Usually, both are rendered speechless and all they could do is just hug and kiss each other. Fairy tales are full of drama, romance, and magic so it’s not a surprise to me that this kind of literary work would one day be translated into a wedding theme. But what made this feature stand out is that it didn’t just touch the good parts but rather, the good and the wicked. The princess and the villain. The field of flowers and the swamp. And despite the counterparts sounding so unappealing, this album’s stylist gave us an album filled with so much beauty and elegance. Aside from the undeniable sweetness and love portrayed in these photos, our couple also wanted to exude tranquility. They translated this state of mind through their outfits, poses, and venue. They didn’t want any pretenses and discomfort when it comes to what their wearing so they chose the ones they feel most easy with. The location they chose to have their shoot in is familiar for it is the community where they reside in. This hit two birds too since the body of waters present within the area added more to the sereneness of the shoot. Sometimes, you don’t have to look very far to have a perfect engagement shoot. We barely see after-wedding photos and if we do, it’s usually just a trash the dress session which is done the day after. And as much as we love that kind of photo shoots, we’re also fascinated by documentations done after a long period of time. It’s like what some reality shows call “Where are they now?” segment. And looking at this couple, we certainly know the answer to that question. They are now at a point in their marriage where the love just continues to grow each and every day. I mean, look at these two. I even classified it first as an engagement album until I read the description and I was amazed at how fresh the bliss and love is for them both.
