The Vintage Glam In Cleveland

Ivory and gold – these two combined make for an elegant and vintage appeal. That is what our featured couple wanted to achieve on their wedding day. The couple had the ceremony on the stairs with specks of gold that complemented the motif/theme very well. The bride, Jordan, exuded elegance in her ivory wedding dress. The reception was also stunning as gold and white took part in every table you could see – centerpieces, chairs, and place cards. The venue itself was full of elegance and it was perfect. To top it off, the bride herself did all DIY on this wedding, proving, that you can always find elegance in DIY’s.

A MARVELous Wedding

Come forth ye comic aficionados for this wedding feature is worth the read. Rebecca and Justin, who are avid comic readers, stayed true to their hobby and made it their wedding theme. It’s always fun to see couples taking a unique route on their weddings. These two had everything planned even down to tiny details like their funko pop inspired cake topper. Even their shoes were made to look like decoupage with comic pages. And it doesn’t stop there, the bouquets were also comic fabrics that were shaped into flowers. The guestbook was even a framed Marvel poster!

An Orchard And A Wedding

Roses are red, apples are red, Karin and Matthew’s motif is, well, scarlet red. The couple had a wedding at a beautiful orchard wedding complete with the scarlet and grey motif to represent Ohio, particularly Ohio State University. Red, grey, and ivory speaks vintage when matched together — maybe the reason they had vintage cars bring the entourage to the ceremony and reception, so classy! And let me just compliment Karin’s wedding dress – I adore the way the dress hugged her body in a subtle and classy way.

Sophisticated Beach-Themed Wedding

Lane and Eric may not have had their wedding at the beach, but they did have a beach-themed wedding. Their reception is something you’d think how fairytale mermaid princesses do their parties under the sea. Scarlet corals and starfish were the centers of each table, and balloon fishes hovering the place (clever and unique!). If you never thought beach themed weddings can be as elegant well just scroll through Lane and Eric’s wedding gallery and be proved wrong.

A Dreamy Fairytale Wedding

Fairytale – a word that comes to mind looking at Ann & Chris’ wedding. A match of magenta and white of the bridal entourage couldn’t be more lovely and soft. The bridal ball gown that Ann wore was so beautiful it fit for a Princess. Ann is so sweet she gifted her bridesmaids pretty matching bracelet that matched their glittery shoes. Everything at their wedding was so dreamy, the beautifully decorated ballroom accented with pink’s and white’s glowed as the couple had their first dance. Let’s swoon over this lovely gallery.

French Chateau Wedding

Macaroons, baguettes, and berets are not the only things amazing you’ll find in France. The language, the people, the romance – all these truly make France a beautiful place to be, which was, of course, one of the reasons why the held their wedding there. The couple looked like monarchs of France – Brianna with her whimsical structural ball gown and Pierre in his dapper gray tux. And the chateau glued the whole look together, it was elegant but fairytale-like. Definitely a wedding every little girl dreamed of having.

Love Grew Fonder

Long distance relationships (LDR) happen to a lot of people. Some relationships may fail and there are others that prevail. I strongly believe that LDR’s are just trials that some couples go through. It helps the relationship grow, builds trust, and shows respect. Besides that will also test how strong you are as a couple and you know what they say, absence make the heart grow fonder. Yes, it’s not easy that’s why I commend and salute those couples who stay faithful in times like that. Our featured couple, Mike and Ellen, got through their four-year trial (I KNOW!), now they are married.

Taking The Plunge

After seeing a lot of wedding submissions, there’s one important thing I can advise to couples – just be genuinely happy. Capturing posed photos are good but the candid happy moment ones are priceless. The couple’s photos were infectious, it made me smile and teary-eyed. You could really feel the love they have for each other. The whole setting helped up the romance and loveliness.
