Chic Wedding in a Refurbished Train Station

It’s an understatement to say that I’m in love with this wedding. There’s just so many things to swoon over! I love the bride’s lacy gown. It was very intricate on the top part but it flared out to a simple skirt part. The pink taupe bridesmaid’s dresses was lovely as well. Although it had different styles, they all looked liked something Greek goddesses would wear. The decorative details were pretty too – the invitations, the table assignment board, the table settings, etc. And if you needed one more reason to seal the deal on loving this wedding, they held this very special day in an old but refurbished train station. Talk about unique. Congratulations Lauren and David!

Perfecting DIY and Elegance

Being artsy and crafty on your wedding details is one of the growing trends for decorating your special day. Not only is it fun to do with your friends and family, but there’s this certain kind of pleasure you can get upon seeing your guests enjoy and coo over your creations. However, DIY decors usually give out some sort of casual vibe so it’s a bit tricky to maintain elegance with this vision in mind. But fret not our dear readers! This bridal shoot set in a beautiful B&B that had antique details was a perfect addition to our bride’s vintage themed wedding. But this album was not restricted to just that for they were also able to capture some shots that portrayed our glowing bride to be someone very chic and stylish.

Vintage and Sentimental

Vintage and sentimental items are not automatically similar but it is undeniable that if they’re both present, they do work together pretty well. Especially when it comes to something very personal to the bride, like her wedding gown. At first it may seem that our bride’s wedding gown was intentionally designed to look a little bit old-fashioned but in fact it’s more of a sentimental choice, for a part of it actually came from the bride’s mom’s gown way back. The idea to have a part of your parent’s wedding in your own is something not every couple are given the opportunity to have, so it’s heartwarming when a bride and groom decides to incorporate their parent’s history into the start of their future.
