A Bright and Colorful Day for a Wedding

This wedding is just filled with beautiful people and colors! I love the variety of hues they chose for the palette. The bouquets were filled with orange, plum, pink, yellow, and green flowers, and despite this randomness it looked nice matched with our bride’s elegant gown. The centerpieces was the perfect pop for the simple table arrangement. Even the guys wore colorful accessories (boutonnieres and ties). What added more personality to the wedding is the entourage themselves too – doing some silly and sweet poses with our couple, they made the day feel light and jolly. Congratulations on such a beautiful wedding Brielle & John!

What was your favorite part of the day?

Pampering and getting hair and makeup done Saying I Do! Dancing to the band

Getting ready with the groomsmen and enjoying our home brewed beer. Taking wiffle-ball pictures in our suits Saying I do to my beautiful bride!

What were the highlights from the ceremony & reception?

Walking down the aisle on the beautiful summer day and seeing so many friends and family from all areas of life together in the same location. My father’s band (bride) playing for the reception and dancing to my favorite songs he has been singing since I was a little girl.

Was there a theme for the ceremony and reception?

Rustic/Vintage Summer! Anything bright, colorful, and happy!

What part of the ceremonies was the most memorable for you?

When our friend from college spoke about how John and I first started dating and the heartfelt speeches made by the groom’s brothers.

Was there any Do it Yourself (DIY) projects? If so, can you describe them in detail?

The centerpieces and favors were all handmade my the groom’s mother. The favors included a “message in a bottle” thanking the guests for sharing in the special day. The groom’s mother also made an alternative “letter in a jar” guest book where guests wrote notes to the bride and groom and placed them in a large mason jar to be opened and read on their one year anniversary.
