Aside from the undeniable sweetness and love portrayed in these photos, our couple also wanted to exude tranquility. They translated this state of mind through their outfits, poses, and venue. They didn’t want any pretenses and discomfort when it comes to what their wearing so they chose the ones they feel most easy with. The location they chose to have their shoot in is familiar for it is the community where they reside in. This hit two birds too since the body of waters present within the area added more to the sereneness of the shoot. Sometimes, you don’t have to look very far to have a perfect engagement shoot. You just have to be yourself. Congratulations to our couple, Elena & Matt!

What did you want to portray in your engagement shoot?
I wanted the couple to have fun. Just be in the moment.
Why did you choose the location?
My client chose this location. She lives in that community.
What inspired your outfits for the engagement session?
They wanted to look casual and comfortable. They didn’t want the pictures to look to posed or fake.
How did you tell the couple to feel at ease with all the posed shootings?
I told them to be themselves and forget I was even there

What did you want to portray in your engagement shoot?
Matt and I both wanted to capture the moment that began the promise to spend the rest of our lives together. We wanted the joy, love, and excitement to be captured by our photographer.
Why did you choose the location?
We chose a housing community that has many different water features because I am obsessed with the tranquility that water creates.
What inspired your outfits for the engagement session?
Comfort was the main factor when picking out outfits. We knew that if we were wearing outfits that didn’t fit our personalities or were uncomfortable then it would come through in the pictures. We stayed true to our style and
who we are and it all fell in place.
How did you feel at ease with all the posed shooting?
It was really awkward at first with all the posing and forced smiling. So after a while we just started telling jokes to each other and goofing off. Once we relaxed that’s when our personalities came through in the photos.
