I’m pretty sure every girl dreamed of feeling like a princess on their wedding day. That is why today’s feature will definitely inspire you and make you realize that even little girls’ dream can come true one day, at the right time with the right man. Susan and Robert chose to elope in the Rocky Mountains at the St. Regis in the late summer of August 2012. It had the perfect midsummer weather. And even with the series of misfortunate turn of events, Susan was still able to keep her calm and still look like the most beautiful bride that day. She looked classically stunning and their wedding was overflowing with elegance. It could have been the regal wedding of the year!
Susan even has 3 tips for other brides to be which we are more than thrilled to share with you all –
First: “Hire a wedding planner. It made the decision process fun…Robert and I were able to focus on each other and enjoying the day without having to worry about the little details.” And second: “You spend all day with your photographer. It’s important that you feel comfortable with them! Pepper had me cracking up and relaxed. It was like a long lost friend snapping pictures…and she is so talented.” Finally: “Something will go wrong. It’s ok. For me, it was my veil. It didn’t arrive from Houston with my dress! It was Pepper that really got me to shrug it off when she explained the origins of the veil. Looking back, I didn’t miss it at all!”
