Vintage and Sentimental

Vintage and sentimental items are not automatically similar but it is undeniable that if they’re both present, they do work together pretty well. Especially when it comes to something very personal to the bride, like her wedding gown. At first it may seem that our bride’s wedding gown was intentionally designed to look a little bit old-fashioned but in fact it’s more of a sentimental choice, for a part of it actually came from the bride’s mom’s gown way back. The idea to have a part of your parent’s wedding in your own is something not every couple are given the opportunity to have, so it’s heartwarming when a bride and groom decides to incorporate their parent’s history into the start of their future.

Styled Shoot – Savagely Sweet

This photoshoot is filled with sweet and soft details accented by dark and edgy hints. From the bridal gowns and dresses to the table pieces, everything just screams chic. The outfits’ designs are beautifully feminine but it’s either they’re paired with something that has a touch of black or it is black. The food and table details are in pink and black, which may sound unappetizing but once you look at them, they will be sure to bring out your sweet tooth. Despite the darkness and lack of appeal of the said shade as a traditional wedding palette, when used at good moderation, it can actually make your event classy. Besides, completely soft hues are not really for every bride.

Kecia & David – Love is a Walk in the Park

This is such an elegant event and what’s more amazing about it is that it has a homey touch to it. The ballrooms where the ceremony and reception were held were undeniably gorgeous, which the decorators should take credit for, but it’s the flow of the natural light that made it look welcoming altogether. Plus their decision to shoot after-wedding photos in the park added more omely vibe because it looked like a garden setting. What a wonderful wedding. Home is indeed where your heart is.

Linh & Chris – Something Modern, Something New

In Linh & Chris wedding day, everything was almost at par with tradition. The ceremony and the reception were elegant and classy but they followed conventional themes. So when our couple had their after-ceremony shoot, they decided to squeeze in a little bit of a modern twist. This bit was such a delight for their photographer as she was provided with a venue, the Naguchi Gardens, that was breathtaking and unique. The couple was able to pose as they like and it set the fun mood for their reception, which we were told was just completely stress-free. Also, look out for the bride’s outfit change because it was a perfect mix of class and sexy!
